1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lodiplay website located at lodiplay.vip (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the lodiplay Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. lodiplay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the lodiplay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) strictly confidential;

lodiplay accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party. lodiplay reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lodiplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on lodiplay:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. lodiplay targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though actual timing may vary based on network conditions.
• Currency: All transactions on the lodiplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Verification: lodiplay may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Fees: lodiplay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

lodiplay reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lodiplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, daily login rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. lodiplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the lodiplay Platform are provided by licensed game suppliers, including JILI Games. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;

8. Account Suspension & Closure

lodiplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

lodiplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lodiplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to lodiplay's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. lodiplay operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Amendments to These Terms

lodiplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lodiplay will notify registered players via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
